This Pilates Rotation Workout is Day 17 of the 30-Day Pilates Journey, “Finding your Center.” These pilates rotational exercises strengthen the oblique abdominal muscles, which help support overall posture and the muscles of the powerhouse.
Rotation is such an important part of of our everyday lives, and these exercises will help you learn how to rotate safely without arching/dumping into the lower back. Your core center will be stronger and more supported by strengthening the internal and external obliques.
