In this video Brian Sparks talks about an elegant way to treat a golfer who’s cheating, talks about Martin’s wife with the angelic voice and answers the following questions from Eric Baker from Royston, Hertfordshire in UK about Canadian coach, Ron Sisson and Richard Malaspina from Charleston in South Carolina, USA about his problems with hybrids:

Eric: Followed your teaching for a while now and bought/read your book. I have had a fair amount of success but still had too much inconsistency. Hope you don’t mind me saying that after watching you tube videos by Ron Sisson of Real Swing Golf there has been an improvement in my ball striking. It may have been the missing ingredient! As you are on self-isolation I thought you may be inclined to watch these videos and maybe tell me what you think. In my opinion there is so much similarity to what you teach, l thought it may be helpful.

Richard: I have trouble with my new hybrids. Some shots are good, with good distance and direction. On many others though I tend to top or hit behind the ball, getting poor distance or shots that cut to the right. This does not usually happen with the irons. Does this have to do with ball placement? Stance? Am I coming up on the ball or losing my posture? Is my backswing too long with the hybrids and causing me to lose control? Must admit, I do tends to overthink and over-analyse, and, as a result, I may be tensing up and not going with the flow, as you would say.
Richard:

As a bonus, there’s a comment from Martin Curd about the left arm bending (right-handed golfer) and reference to his wife, Olivia’s angelic voice!
