Todays class was a Fitness Pilates standing class with a gentle warm up and then we will use a Mini Ball and Resistance Band. Working our arms with some back & shoulder mobility included and also the legs and glutes. We finish with using the chair for support and to aid with the stretching and a seated relaxation.

Please check with your doctor if you have any injuries or underlying health conditions before you exercise. but if you are fit and well I hope you enjoy this workout.
