Hello there Fit Golfers! Earlier this year I partnered with Golf Magazine / Golf.com to create a series of golf fitness workouts you can do at home with common household items! Today we will be using a pillow or cushion for a full body workout that will help you develop a powerful golf swing for longer drives at the golf course.
Exercises and sets (Optional: 30 to 60 second rest in between sets):
1. Open Books – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions
2. Seated Torso Turns – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions
3. Hip Internal Rotation Stretch – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions
