Amateurs lit it up in Round 1 of the 2020 U.S. Open at Champions Golf Club in Houston, Texas. There are currently six amateurs at even par or better headed into Round 2 — Linn Grant, Pauline Roussin-Bouchard, Amelia Garvey, Maja Stark, Gabriela Ruffels and Kaitlyn Papp.
