I make yoga tutorials more fun, affordable, accessible, with many variations for all, always keeping beginners in mind. A focus on the breath, and alignment, often incorporating gentle flow.
I am a certified yoga teacher, yoga alliance registered and I believe on only doing what feels good! Only do what our body wants, without forcing it.
And… Yoga should be FUN!
My yoga tutorials are very laid back, beginner friendly, with a lot of easy to follow instruction, often including Yogito the cat, and Namachin the dog.
