1)Arsenal transfer rumours: Granit Xhaka decision, Yusuf Yazici stance, Jerome Boateng boost
Arsenal are back in Premier League action tonight as they make the trip to Elland Road to face Leeds United.
The Gunners were beaten in their last top-flight encounter with Aston Villa before the international break, and Mikel Arteta will be looking to continue the progress his team has made since he took over.
Arteta will have one eye on the upcoming January transfer window, as well as the on-the-pitch matters. With that said, we have gathered the latest transfer rumours on Arsenal.

Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has no intention of leaving the club in January and joining Inter Milan, according to Calciomercato.

Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng would be open to a move to London amid links with Arsenal, according to German outlet BILD.

2) Arsenal, City target £45m Madrid star
Isco is ‘ready to quit’ Real Madrid in January. The playmaker has started just three times in La Liga this season and is desperate to secure more playing time ahead of the European Championships in the summer.
Marca claim he has told Madrid of his desire to leave and the Spanish giants are said to be willing to sell for around £45million.
The report claims the 28-year-old has held taks with Zinedine Zidane who ‘was understanding’ of the situation.
Juventus, Inter Milan and Sevilla are all reportedly interested, as are Premier League duo Arsenal and Manchester City.
Mikel Arteta is looking for a creative midfield partner for Thomas Partey, while Pep Guardiola is a long-term admirer of Isco.
He absolutely won’t be joining Everton
3) Arsenal hatch plan to sign £23million Salzburg star Dominik Szoboszlai amid Real Madrid interest
Arsenal have surmised a plan to sign Red Bull Salzburg talent Dominik Szoboszlai.
According to the Mirror, the Gunners will give themselves a shot of signing the playmaker by offering to pay his release clause of £23million in three yearly-instalments.
Szoboszlai recently emerged as a top target for Arsenal ahead of the January transfer window, mooted as an alternative to summer target Houssem Aouar, a deal the Gunners failed to get over the line.
Szoboszlai’s release clause is only around half of Aouar’s, but Arsenal still need to pay in instalments, according to the Mirror. The Gunners, of course, spent significantly in the summer window, splashing out £45million on Thomas Partey.

5)Arsenal predicted XI vs Leeds United
Arsenal return to Premier League action on Sunday afternoon when they face Leeds United at Elland Road.
The Gunners have lost three of their last four Premier League games and have failed to score in each of those three defeats. It’s a record that manager Mikel Arteta is fully aware of and one reason why many fans have urged him to make changes to his starting line-up.
Arteta’s squad suffered a number of issues over the international break including two COVID-19 cases, with Mohamed Elneny and Sead Kolasinac ruled out of Sunday’s game due to testing positive for the virus while on national team duty with their respective countries.
…
The calls for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to start through the middle have continued over the past week, but Alexandre Lacazette not playing over the past week means he will be fresh and could tempt Arteta to continue with the experienced Frenchman upfront.
Predicted Arsenal XI: Leno; Bellerin, Luiz, Gabriel, Tierney, Saka; Xhaka, Ceballos, Willian, Aubameyang, Lacazette.
6)Opta Stats:
Leeds are winless in their last seven meetings with Arsenal in all competitions (D1 L6) since a 3-2 win at Highbury in May 2003.
