Synchronizing of the golf swing is the key to enjoying long, soaring golf shots that go to your intended target. The proper sequence of the golf swing is what I describe as the 1…2…3…golf swing, or Push…Engine…Piston. When the golf swing occurs in this order, you produce the effortless power swing you see your favorite Professional using all the time.

The synchronization of the golf swing is the key to getting the ball to go where you want it to go by keeping the golf club in the “slot” (turning the engine) and releasing the clubhead to the target (piston). Remember, the Push takes care of (Pace) (Arc) (Plane) (Turn) and sets up the top of the swing position for the proper unwinding of the golf swing from the bottom, up.

The most common golf swing sequence I see on the golf course and at the range is the 1…3…2…swing. This happens when you start the (upper body) rotation before the (engine) rotation, and you get the (over the top), (all arms), (chopping wood), or (casting the club) type of swing. If all your divots point to the left, you have a 1…3…2…golf swing. Once you push the handle of the golf club to the top of the swing and feel in balance, you are set up for a good golf swing if you can re-program the sequence to fire engine first.

When you fire the engine first, you cannot come (over the top), you cannot have an (all arms) swing, and you cannot (chop down at the golf ball).
