Athletic stance with fitball squeezed between the knees
Holding cable / band attached at middle attachment (about chest height)

FORM
Keep the hands in front of the sternum and turn upper body away from machine/attachment.
Use only core muscles to generate the movement, lower body just for stabilization

Keep scaps engaged to assist in isolating the core in this movement
