I return to Victory Disc Golf Course to try out the cross-step again for backhand throws, and then the walk-up for forehand throws. This is a practice round on the teepad of one hole, with no scoring.

Note: when I was performing the cross-step, I didn’t think I was hopping as much as I was. I thought I fixed that from my last cross step training session. While it’s a little reduced from that time, I need to work on it more, and I’ve made a note to literally just walk-up with a cross-step the next time I do a practice session, because of a tip Sean gave me where he noticed I was still hopping during my run-up.

Here are the discs I threw each time, in order, listed by rim width, weight, brand, model, and flight numbers. The Skeeter is a small diameter midrange which acts like an approach disc, similar to the Dart, but is slightly more stable for the same throw speed, angles, and attempted distance.
