Second-round co-leader Sakura Yokomine pulled away with a 67 to post her 20th career win on Sunday at the Munsingwear Ladies Tokai Classic and become the third player in Japan LPGA Tour history to top 900 million yen in career earnings in the process.
Yokomine, who started the day tied with Erika Kikuchi, had seven birdies and two bogeys at Shin Minami Aichi Country Club to finish at 15-under-par 201, two strokes ahead of Asako Fujimoto and South Koreans Lee Ji Hee and Na Da Ye.
The 27-year-old’s second win of the season was worth 14.4 million yen. She collected her first title since 2011 at the Cyber Agent Ladies in May.
