Get in a solid stance while holding the TRX strap in one hand and a kettlebell or dumbbell in the other. Keep your body upright while straightening your arm and then rotate backwards. Pull up in one powerful, smooth motion. Feel a squeeze in your shoulder blade and make sure NOT to shrug your shoulder upwards!
