Throwing lefty 🤔 This has been brought to my attention by multiple doctors and physical therapists throughout the years, of course. But who has the time to go practice lefty? That’s not fun. Well… I’m at that point right now. I will teach myself to throw lefty. Or, I am trying to teach myself to throw lefty. In this first episode I’m comparing my lefty throw to my righty throw to see what key points and moves I need to work on to improve. I have pretty much no talent in the my left body half. So, here goes nothing… 😃
