Full length pilates class for golfers. This class will focus on glute strength and endurance, it also includes adductor strengthening for the hips. This will help strengthen your core and improve your rotational strength for your golf swing by working the obliques.
Equipment needed x2 small weight 1kg or x 2 tins of beans, also a soft pilates ball or a pillow.
