In this episode of Combat Kettlebell, we’re doing a hybrid kettlebell workout with some nice TRX and resistance band action! Are you ready to get going?

The Workout:
Single or Dbl KB rack squats x10-12
Single or Dbl KB Swings x 20
Resisted Band Pushups x 10 or better
-repeat for 3-6 sets-

KB Single Leg Lunge x 10-12 ea
Lunge Stance KB Press x 10-12 ea, opposing leg with the pressing
Resistance Band Rows x15-20
-repeat for 3-6 sets-

KB Single or Dbl Hand Upright Row x15-20
TRX Rows x10 or better
TRX Skullcrusher x10 or better
-repeat for 3-6 sets-

Repeat each superset for 2-3 if you’re new to training. Repeat for 3-6 rounds if you’re a veteran.
