In this video I’ve shared some useful stretches and exercises that can benefit recreational golfers. Most recreational golfers spend their week behind a desk causing them to lose mobility in some areas of the body and develop weakness in other areas.
These stretches and exercises can be used to help correct some of those common mobility and strength issues that develop.
