Here’s a quick tip to help you gain better results when practicing a change in movement or method .

When students practice they immediately want to learn a movement at full pace, this doesn’t allow them to have the awareness of the movement.

100 ball basket (example)

10 balls 10 % pace
20 balls 20 % pace
30 balls 40 % pace
20 balls 60% pace
20 balls 80 % pace

Build up the pace gradually as your awareness of the movement improves, if you lose the feel don’t be afraid to drop down to the lower pace .
