We will be supplementing every dumbbell movement with a bodyweight movement. Some of those bodyweight movements will be explosive, some isometric, and some simply the same exercise done without weights. Combination of weight training & intensity.
For your reference, I am using 2 x 25lbs dumbbells. If you have access to only lighter weights than you may like, simply do more reps per 45 seconds! And even don’t bring hips fully in at top of squats and also don’t come to the top in lunges!! 😉 This will definitely intensify it!!
Even though this is a legs workout with dumbbells as demonstrated, you can use kettlebells or filled water bottles!
