what does release the golf club mean? Releasing the club properly for most amateur golfers has been a mystery and a source of confusion. If you slice the ball at all, or if all your irons seem to go the same distance, you are not releasing the club on time. The release is the “compression rotation” that squeezes the golf ball, utilizing the energy in the ball. The golf ball is the most regulated, and the most powerful piece of golf equipment we have, and the release is what makes it fly.

The release motion is actually very simple and is the natural rotation motion of the target side arm through impact. When you control the golf club with the “Boss Fingers” the rotation motion happens naturally and always in the right place…unless you physically stop it or squeeze the club too hard with any other fingers.

If you want to see what the release looks and feels like, simply hold your target hand straight out in front of you (the one with the glove) with your palm facing the floor…then quickly turn your palm up to the ceiling. That is releasing the clubbed. This move, once understood and practiced a little will add (20 – 50) yards on all your shots through the bag.

The Center of Gravity Golf system teaches this in the full swing sequence and promises to get a (WOW) of you, the first time you make it happen.
