Hello there Fit Golfers! Earlier this year I partnered with Golf Magazine / Golf.com to create a series of workouts you can do at home with common household items! Today we will be using our own golf bags to get a full body workout that will help you hit longer drives at the golf course.
(All of the exercises in this video can also be performed at the gym using a dumbbell or a kettlebell!)
Exercises and sets (Optional: 30 to 60 second rest in between sets):
Golf bag bent over rows – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions per side
Golf bag single leg deadlifts – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions per side
Golf bag unilateral weighted carries – 2 or 3 sets of selected distance per side
LEAVE A COMMENT BELOW IF YOU HAVE EVER DONE ANY OF THESE MOVES AT THE GYM USING TRADITIONAL WEIGHTS!
