It’s time for a new Six Pack Challengefor you at home!! These exercises will make your abs really burn. In the next few weeks we are going to publish PART II and III, which will be longer and, of course, more intense! Do these exercises two – three times a week and you will be ready for next week’s challenge!
Let’s work out together those straight and lateral abdominal muscles to get that firmer belly everyone is dreaming of.
This workout consists of ten different exercises, which we will do for 45 seconds each. In between two exercises there will be a break of 15 seconds, in which I will show you the next exercise.
