With Covid-19 infections on the rise its more important than ever to look after your body and mind. For those of you who are still not able to go to the gym here’s a solution. With the breathing control, posture focus and strength and flexibility it provides you with all the foundations to start getting back to fitness.
Whilst doing workouts at home you need to trust the people teaching. I am a physiotherapist with 20 years experience which I bring to my online pilates teaching. This is a safe method of pilates at Intermediate level (along as you do it sensibly and listen to your body). There is lots of stretching ideal for home workers and anyone needing to ease tension and improve posture.
