You’ve got 5 minutes right? But to make movement a habit the key is link it to an existing habit! Like when waiting for your coffee to brew jump on YouTube and do 1 (or maybe 2) 5 Minutes of Movement videos. Or maybe after you brush your teeth.
The key is to move for 5 minutes. You do not need to change your clothes or use props (except occasionally a chair). And you can do these videos anywhere – kitchen, den, bedroom.
These are perfect for beginners & anyone who wants to move more. We get hung up and give up often because we set goals too high. Rather than committing to 40 or 60 minutes commit to just 5 of focused strength based mobility yoga movements.
