❄️POLAR VORTEX LEG DAY WARM-UP❄️ When the expected temp for Wednesday is a real-feel of -53*F (🤦🏻‍♀️) it’s super important to warm up your muscles prior to strength training. The jump rope is a great way to get a full body warm up and not only get your heart rate up but will loosen up your muscles and get blood flowing. Here’s a leg day warm up:
. • rockers (inner/outer thigh/calves)
• fwd kicks (quads/calves)
• butt kicks (squeeze your free leg tight to work hamstrings!)
• jumping jacks (outer thigh)
• cross jacks (inner thigh)
• heel/toe twists (legs/obliques)
