I’ve updated my slow pitch practice set up, making it more efficient. And, it looks better than my old one too. By adding a brightly colored string across the pitching lane, I can keep an eye on the height of my pitches, keeping them down in the 6 to 7 foot high range. If you want to be a successful slow pitch pitcher, you must practice, getting those critical repetitions in, every week. Having an efficient practice setup makes a huge difference in your attitude and your ability to get those practice sessions in.
