🏑 Pelvic Rotation Test: This test assesses the player’s ability to dissociate the lower body from the upper body. Adequate pelvic rotation is important to obtain in order to apply proper sequencing to the swing and create separation from the upper body to the lower body. This movement requires proximal stability and mobility from the spine, pelvis, and down the chain.

➡️ How To Do This Movement: Stand in normal five iron posture with arms crossed. Feet should be shoulder-width apart. Hold the upper body still and limit motion while trying to rotate the lower body back and forth. A proper pelvic rotation test would have no movement from above waistline rotating.
