Hi Everyone! Welcome back to Shee Golfs, Kat here. Today, we’re going to be doing a ‘workout with me’ style video, where you can follow along. We’ll be working on explosive movements especially designed to make your golf swing more powerful. The swing is really built from the ground up because we should be utilizing our most powerful body parts, our lower body/legs. Many times, we end up using arms to swing which is actually the weakest part of our body.
