. ➡️Too much knee flex often goes hand in hand with too much extension in your torso (chest facing out instead of towards the ball). .

☝️we are looking for a tilted belt line instead of a flat belt line. .

➡️Too much curve from the upper back, not enough tilt in your hips. .

☝️When your butt is too far underneath you it’s hard to get your legs/glutes loaded (for the average amateur). When your upper back is curved towards the ball it promotes an arms only swing. .

➡️Too much curve in the lower back. .
