Do you want to access more power and consistency on the disc golf course?

Or maybe you’ve got a hip or knee issue that keeps nagging at you while you’re throwing?

A majority of the time…you are playing disc golf on a single leg or in a staggered stance/offset stance.

The more stability you have in your hips, the better you will be able to perform in each of those stances. You will also become more resilient against injuries as well.

Give this assessment/exercise a try and see if improving hip stability should be a focus in your training.

There’s a whole lot more to be said/done about the importance of hip stability and how to improve it, but this is a great starting point for any disc golf athlete.
