The state government has only allowed us to do 1-hour of exercise outdoors per day, all in an act to restrict movement and slow the spread of COVID. We discussed the impact of why just walking for our 1-hour of exercise just won’t cut it in the long-term for your personal health after the restrictions begin to ease off.
