It is often said that a higher body mass can increase the chances of running injuries, however I have found the opposite has been true. Sparked by comments from fellow runner and hiker Robbie Garnz, in this video I highlight my experience having lost a lot of weight in 2 years of running and recollect the extent of running injuries along the way.

I’m currently struggling through rehab for patellofemoral pain syndrome and take a few minutes to air a few thoughts on running injuries. It would be great to hear your experience; please comment below, especially if you are or have been running for weight loss.
