Standing Band Trunk Rotations or Standing MB/DB/ Weighted Object Diagonal Wood Chops *20s Each Side
Wood Chops
Elbow Plank Alternating Hip Drop
Swiss Ball/Gliders Leg Curls *20s Each
Core Breathing in Quadruped with Opp. Arm & Leg *20s each side
Squat Hold with Back Lunges with Rotation
Bridge Reach Overs

All workouts can be done with minimal equipment but good to have a range of weights. Even water jogs of various sizes would be great.
