Hey, we’re Showdown Golf, two mates who love challenging each other on the golf course. We play all sorts of different courses doing a host of different challenges like the 14 club challenge, 1 club challenge and traditional match play formats.
We’re both 12 handicappers who are trying to get to the illustrious single-figure handicap.
— Some days the driving is straight and long off the tee; other days we hit a big old slice or hook it into a lake.
— Some days the irons are working in our favour; other days we his a fat show taking a huge divot or thin one through the back.
— Some days the putting is perfect and we hole out from 10 foot; other days we push every 3 footer right.
We’re hopefully relatable golfers who sometimes have that WOW moment, but more than often don’t.
