#1 Golf Course in Kentucky – Valhalla Golf Club | Valhalla a private golf course and is known throughout the golf industry as hosting some of the best championship tournaments. They have hosted the PGA championship in the past and will host it in 2024. I was lucky enough to have played this beautiful yet tough golf course. The pro shop blew me away with it’s modern dark woods and elegant bathrooms/locker room tiles. The staff was some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered on a golf course private or public. Even though I was a guest they made me feel like a member. I played pretty good on the front nine but the heat got to me on the back in which sucked my energy. The back was def harder than the front with some long par 4’s and narrow fairways. I can’t forget T-Roy who was our fore-caddy, he was a class act and very friendly. One of my better experiences with a caddy and he made the round very enjoyable.
