We are working to get the left hip working correctly – as it is a key move to getting the tempo, arms and body synchronised and also a big speed producer in the swing.
Starting with a slow and very controllable left hip drill with the SW we move to the Driver and transfer the same drill and feel to the big club. At this very controlled tempo and small swing the results are amazing and once Cassie has the control of this move and feeling we can extend to nearer full swing and get pretty much full distance without any real physical effort – as the body is moving in the correct sequence.
As a Practice warm-up activity it is perfect prior to a round. Try it out! Cassie was swinging great and when we moved through to the irons and hybrid after the video she had great contact, power and control!
