This quick Texas Rig Fishing Tutorial will show you how to catch a bass on a Texas Rig. I talk my way through quickly catching a bass at the lake. Today I am fishing with a Rage Tail Structure Bug. I’m using 12lb test mono on my medium heavy baitcaster. By focusing on fishing the structure and shadows I am able to quickly catch a bass near the boat ramp. I also end up snagged and do my best to get it back, but I lose a lure. Its a great rig, but not 100% snag proof. If its hot out and you can’t get a bite, maybe try a Texas rig around cover and shadows.
