With swing speeds from anything between 50 and 100mph+, there’s a lot that goes through your mind as you address the ball. This simple drill- which you can get a friend to video with their phone, or just watch yourself in front of the mirror- may look simple, but will take you a while to practice and execute effectively in your swing. Once you have it right, you can look forward to a better body transistion, more power generated from the ground up, more consistent ball flight and increased distance.
