✅ Today’s focus is on using isometric contractions to prepare for dynamic movement.
💪 There are plenty of applications for exercise and sport prep but the main goal is to prime the nervous system for optimal muscle recruitment.
🚧 The challenge is to do a 10-30 sec isometric before you do 5-10 moving reps.
💥I’ve increased the challenge by including some single leg stance to emphasize my sling patterns. #anatomytrains
