This drill is called the shot stance ladder, the goal of this drill is to speed up our shooting off the bounce.
We step into our dribble and quickly hop into a loaded stance with hands on the ball ready to shoot. After making the shot, we add another rep, until we do 5 in a row, then back down to 1 (9 shots total). Try to get the ball ready to shoot as fast as you can on every rep. We can go through either leg or add a second dribble as well. Get creative, and have fun with it!
