As someone who prefers playing in shorts whenever possible I was happy to try the PING Ari stretch golf shorts. They design is a classic style and they come in a multitude of colours, so you should have no problem finding a pair to suit you.
The look is finished off with a couple of discrete PING logos. They are supremely comfortable due to the superb four-way stretch. This allows them to be neat looking but still give freedom of movement.
They have 2 front and 2 back pockets, one of which has gripper tape. The gripper elastic on the inner band ensures you shirt will stay tucked in.

The PING Burford is a full-zip wind-resistant vest. Its 3-dimensional quilted textured fabric gives it a lightweight warmth and breathability. Staying warm and still being able to swing freely is important and this vest has a lot of versatility.
It could be used as it gets chilly in the summer or as part of multi-layering in cold weather.
On, it feels great and has an element of stretch. In addition, it is water-resistant so would hopefully see you through the odd shower during a round.

Ping Locke Slim fit Trousers

Modern golf trousers are a godsend, and the PING Locke Slim Fit trousers are no exception. The slim design looks very classy, but the fantastic stretch allows unfettered movement. I should add that they are incredibly comfortable.
They have 2 front and 2 back pockets, one of which has gripper tape. The inside band, as expected, also has gripper tape. A discrete PING logo at the back finishes them off nicely. A great looking and performing golf trouser.

Ping Latham Half Zip Midlayer

I absolutely love a midlayer. They are the most versatile pice of golf clothing. As a consequence, the PING Latham Half Zip Midlayer is right up my tree. It combines all the modern technology you would expect from this type of garment (lightweight, warm, stretchy) with a sleek modern look.
It is extremely comfortable and, with the stretch, provides unrestricted movement when swinging a club. I think these are great for wearing in the summer if it is cooler or as part of multi-layering in cold weather.
If you need a mid-layer (and everyone does) then check out the PING Latham from the SS26 range. There are multiple colours and sizes, so you should find one to your taste.

Ping Orlando Printed Pique Polo

A decent golf shirt is essential to keep you at the right temperature , let you swing freely and look good on the course. The PING Orlando men’s printed polo shirt will do all three.
Made from 96% recycled Polyester and 4% elastane it has all the properties you would expect from a modern shirt. It is stretchy to allow freedom of movement as well as breathability and crease-resistance.
The pique fabric has a slight texture to it and the linear foliage print adds interest without being garish. It felt very light and comfortable in use and is available in 4 colours.

Best Ping Autumn Winter Apparel: Women’s Clothes
Ping Arlia Ladies Golf Visor
I wore this for a recent round and honestly, I absolutely love it. I was sent the Infinity Blue to try, one of my favourite colours, so I knew I was off to a good start, but it’s the fit and design that really won me over.
The stretchy Ping band at the back makes it incredibly easy to wear. No fiddly Velcro, no adjusting mid-round, and importantly, it didn’t slip at all. The visor itself is a great size too, not overly wide like some styles at the moment, just enough coverage without feeling bulky.
A small but brilliant detail is the light grey underside. It’s much more forgiving with makeup and helps reduce glare from the sun, which makes a real difference over 18 holes.
The only thing missing for me is a magnetic ball marker, but that’s easily solved with a clip.
I will definitely be buying this in white for summer.

Ping Inga Ladies Lightweight Jacket

I’ll be honest — I’d never usually pick a white jacket, but this one completely changed my mind. It looks incredibly fresh and smart on and feels much more wearable than you’d expect.
I wore it on a slightly chilly day and needed a midlayer underneath, but there’s plenty of room without it feeling bulky. It’s lightweight and super stretchy, so you get full freedom through the swing, and the windproof fabric gives just enough protection when the breeze picks up. Will also be perfect for summer over a t-shirt.
The fit is really flattering, with nice secure cuffs that stay put and don’t interfere with your game. The zip pockets are practical without adding bulk, and I like the subtle venting which keeps it feeling breathable as you move.
This is one of those pieces that will come into its own on cooler summer days — easy, stylish and genuinely functional.

Ping Rhona Textured Hooded Midlayer
I really loved this midlayer. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about a hood on the course, but it actually works brilliantly – it sits neatly and doesn’t interfere with your swing at all.
It’s a nice lightweight layer, but surprisingly warm when you zip it up to the chin, making it ideal for those in-between days. The fabric has a soft, slightly textured feel with plenty of stretch, so it moves easily with you and never feels restrictive.
The fit is flattering and just the right length to keep your back warm, which I always appreciate when there’s a bit of a breeze. The pockets are a great addition too – practical without adding bulk.
It does have a slightly younger, sportier feel, but I felt completely comfortable wearing it (and I’m in my 40s!). I had it in Infinity Blue, which matched my visor perfectly, and it looked smart on the course.

Ping Aeria Printed Polo
This is one of those easy pieces that you’ll reach for again and again. I wore a size 12 and the fit was spot on; flattering without being tight, and it tucked in neatly which always helps keep things looking smart on the course.
The fabric is soft, breathable and has a nice amount of stretch, so it feels really comfortable through the swing. The sleeves are perfect too; not too short or too tight on the arms.
I wore it on a slightly cooler day so had a layer underneath, but this will really come into its own in the summer when you don’t need a skin. The Azure Geo print I had was gorgeous and paired perfectly with the matching hoodie and visor, which made me feel really put together.
It feels like Ping have got this at the right price point at £60. There are some great colour options as well – Tropic Retreat and Fuschia Foliage are on my birthday list!
