
I have managed to get a side strain but I'm hoping this is more from over swinging & wearing a work shirt and jeans, which I will unlikely do again, (kind of got addicted to it and was going to the sim daily for two weeks) rather than some glaringly obvious fundamental swing issue…
But more than happy to hear the raw facts… Knowing this is reddit and all 😎 😎

Just take it easy at first and stretch sometimes dude
We don’t respect the need for conditioning since golf is such a low intensity sport. You really don’t need an Olympic routine but a warmup and some accessory work in your free time is paramount to maxing out at any point.
