Factoring in dispersion when picking the target on the green, it’s a good idea. But you’re dispersion is never gonna be a perfect circle. It’s usually some type of oval with a bias either for the left or right. It’s more important to factor in your shot shape when picking an aim point for the green. I don’t know if you’re marketing your app or what.
Also, avoiding the short side is more important, then making some silly magic circle. That’s not the dispersion pattern for anyone.
