13:41 He is on the officers body cam the whole time. Why are they acting like he disappeared into the woods and not down the paved road where cars with cameras and cops with body cams are looking.
Also, the officers clearly show they know this is something to look out for as they tell him to not to put anything in his mouth when he tried to take a Zyn or something.

THE ONLY THING HE DID WRONG WAS NOT HAVE HIS DAILY PILLS IN HIS BOTTLE. ALSO THE LABEL ON THE SIDE SUGGESTS NOT DRIVING WHILE TAKING DRUG. But they don't have his DNA from that moment so case closed. Just an accident. No drugs involved. He had drugs in his pocket so he didn't take them.
