Anyone have recommendations for how to patch a hole in an impact screen?
I have a Carl’s Place premium screen and jut put a hole in it after 1.5 years of use. I hit from 6.5 ft, so my impact location is concentrated.
I found this patch product online. Anyone have success using this?

Look up sewing tutorials for DARNING. If you have access to a sewing machine, it will be much quicker. A good darn job can be stronger than the original fabric.
Holy cow, how common is this?
6.5 ft?! I get that we make the best of the space we have but why have a screen at all from that close? How big is your setup?
I dream for the day where my ball striking is consistent enough to make a hole 😉
I had a similar thing happened. I sent an email to carls place support and they sent me their patch repair kit. It’s essentially a 8×11 sheet of the fabric of your impact screen. You’ll cut the hole in ur screen to a clean square, then cut 2 larger squares from their provided material. Buy a good spray adhesive from a hardware store and sandwich the 2 cutouts!
I did this probably 10 months ago on 2 holes I have and it’s held up remarkably well. They also sent me a link to an unlisted YouTube video walking through the patch process. You can sometimes see the patch briefly with the projector on but it beats the idea of buying a whole new screen for the time being
Leave it and just rotate your screen so you’re hitting into a clean spot
