In a world where Christianity gets a lot of deserved hate due to the countless people that represent it poorly, it should also be recognized that not all Christians are terrible people, and Scottie would say that he is the way he is because of his faith.

All these golfers continue to say that Scottie is so unusual in the way that his self-worth isn’t influenced by how well he does on the course, and that’s because he truly understands that his value comes from Christ.

Jordan can criticize but he’s not really a winner anymore. Does he want to win, or not??

McIlroy: Scheffler does not have “curious mind”–“[there’s not] much going on…it works for him”

I’m exactly the same way. I don’t give a dam what comes with my success on the course

Faith is huge I am sure, but some people just see past it, we are in a age where if you are not doing it you are offset. When in reality we are all so multifaceted we all find different things facisnating but dont know why( we come up with reasons why). I find famous people interesting but I run from the spotlight. He may just love family and golf. Everything else is just noise to him I suppose.

It is a bit easier to have that attitude when you’ve damn near won it all so early.

I don’t love Rory referring to Amanda Balionis as an “opportunity” but I get the sentiment.
