The Martin County Sheriff's office is full of crap. The guy in the trailer has every reason to lie about whether he came to a sudden stop or not, the abrupt stop causing the accident. Tiger Woods may have been speeding but there is no evidence of that. And how can you tell if a person is impaired after he is involved in a roll-over accident? Why didn't the Martin County Sheriff's police first call an ambulance and, at the least, put a neck brace on Tiger Woods after this serious accident? Instead, these incompetent and heartless bozos are looking for signs of intoxication and any reason to arrest Woods.
Has he never heard of the Uber app? FFS, he could've killed someone
with out a urine or blood sample taken he could have a lawyer claim he had a concussion and provide doctors to testify that concussion could look like impairment

Well, the guy pulled the pressure washer equipment has good argument that stuff’s not cheap and it can be damaged pretty easily within an accident so hopefully he’ll get everything fully paid for and more because he really got screwed in that situation. Tiger just doesn’t stop doing stupid things. He’s got to learn his lesson one of these days. He’s been given too much over the years. he’s just another FU like many other people out there unfortunately it’s time that he learned his lesson!
So according to this dunce sheriff – all you have to do in the State of Florida is DUI as much as you want to and just simply refuse the tests — take your 2nd class misdemeanor for refusing – and go on about your business. Search warrant him – draw the blood – and find out what is going on. If that is the law in Florida it is beyond INSANE.
It should be mandatory urine and blood test in these kinds of investigations

The vehicle with the trailer could have stopped quickly, as described, and Tiger was following too close to avoid the crash.
Likely not a DUI. The DUI will be dropped without evidence and he'll receive a ticket for following too close causing property damage. Then he'll lose his license for not submitting to a urinalysis, possibly.

Why would that man even get behind the wheel of a car? First of all it is obvious he cannot drive and secondly if he were to injure someone he could lose a good chunk of his millions to a lawsuit. He should just have a driver. Good grief!

I really feel bad for Tiger. The man is clearly deeply flawed and needs help with his demons . This is his 3rd major incident but why is he driving under the influence. No urine sample was a poor misguided decision.
