I’ve been running a set of callaway x22’s since 2012 and I know these prototypes are old but they look practically new and had new grips for $350.
Found these locally for $300 and so far loving them. I didn’t realize how much I fought my old
Irons when making little adjustments throughout my round.
My wife took over my x22’s and so far she’s loving them over her cheap top flights.

Always liked the look of those. Don’t matter if they’re older, forged irons are forged irons. Technology really hasn’t changed for players irons so if they’re clean that’s a nice set

Blades?
Yeah- not blades. Those are about as “game improvement” irons as it gets.
Idk if I’d define the prototype as a blade, but they’re sharp

I’m nowhere near good enough for blade irons, but I love my Jaws wedges.
Going from x22s to straight up MB blades is a massive step.

I’ve got the older X-16s. I need to upgrade and get fitted. They were never fitted for me but I’ve just made them work for years.
I had those same X22s for years – they were great
