Welcome to Putter Madness. 2nd Swing Master Fitter Harrison Arnold is looking for a new putter in 2026. In the spirit of #MarchMadness comes Putter Madness, a 32 putter bracket to determine which putter he will be gaming this year.
The bracket is officially set for Putter Madness! We have divided the field into four powerhouse categories to find the ultimate flatstick: Blade Putters, Mallet Putters, Zero Torque Putters, and our unpredictable Wildcard Region.
Each region features 8 of the best putters in the game, seeded 1–8 based on performance and popularity. These putters will face off in a single-elimination, head-to-head bracket. The winners of each region will advance to the Final Four to see which brand and model takes home the 2026 #PutterMadness Championship.
📊 How the Matchups Work:
To ensure a fair test of forgiveness, feel, and accuracy, every matchup consists of a 6-putt gauntlet designed to test every angle on the green:
2 Straight Putts (Pure alignment and start-line testing)
2 Right-to-Left Putts (Testing mid-range consistency)
2 Left-to-Right Putts (Testing touch and break-matching)
📈 The Scoring System:
We’ve moved beyond “make or miss.” In #PutterMadness, every inch counts:
2 Points: A holed putt (The bottom of the jar!)
1 Point: A “Lip-out” (The putter did its job, but the luck wasn’t there)
0 Points: A total miss
The putter with the highest total score at the end of the round advances to the next stage of the bracket.
This matchup pits the 4-seed, the Bettinardi 2026 BB-1 against the 5-seed, Evnroll Er1.2.
