I’m an 8-10 hcp. Been struggling with some inconsistencies out of nowhere with my driver. Normal shot on a good day is around 290-300yd draw (give take 10ish yards) and about 110-112mph SwSpd
Never had lessons. Back in the game 2 years now after taking 20 years off.
Should note that shoulder and back injuries make it difficult to get my arms up any higher in backswing.

Honestly your swing looks pretry good and on plane. You are too far away from the ball though

Look at the difference between yours and this one.
Honestly change this part of your set up and keep the rest the same. See what happens
You have a great swing, maybe a little far from the ball.. but looks great.
