what was the speed gain ? the first swing on the clip was 115 and the last was 111
Exactly what I saw another click bait headline
Think he could swing faster with a wider stance. Needs more force into the back foot earlier and the left foot as well. He should be in high 120's with his body. Also not getting that push back with the left leg early enough. Need force plates.
